Regina Hart is the owner and CEO of the Regina Hart State Farm® Agency. She’s been an entrepreneur, operating her business in the Tucson community since 2005. She is an expert in insurance and financial services. Prior to starting her own business, Regina was a successful marketing representative for State Farm® where she was responsible for a multi-million dollar marketing budget, brand awareness, and advertising campaigns for her assigned market area. She has also served as a member, officer, and chair of the executive board in other non-profit organizations including President of the Tucson Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. and Director of Finance for Tucson Church International. Regina received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University and her Master of Arts Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Tulsa. Regina is happily married to Jimmy Hart and they have two amazing children. Regina has called Tucson home for over 20 years. She enjoys traveling with her family and positively impacting the lives of youth in the community.

David England is a native of Tucson and has had the pleasure of growing up with the beautiful desert landscape as his backyard. David has dedicated himself to serving his community, neighborhood, and beloved city by working with the youth and young adults of Rising Star Baptist Church. Professionally, David works as the local sales director for KOLD-TV, leading a top-performing team that collaborates with local business owners, helping them grow through the power of marketing. In his free time, David enjoys spending quality moments with amazing wife and beautiful daughter, going to the movies, or simply enjoying his neighborhood park. His ultimate goal is to always serve and work in excellence, whether it be in roles such as Vice President of the ASFLC, Young Adults Pastor, Marketing Sales Director, Husband, Father, Brother, or Son.

Eseosa Elaiho, hailing from Oakland, California, serves as a Deacon and a ministry leader at Rising Star Baptist Church. In addition to his church leadership roles, Eseosa has pursued a dual career path. For the past fourteen years, Eseosa has made significant contributions to the real estate landscape as an investor and REALTOR® in Tucson and neighboring cities in Southern Arizona. Beyond real estate, Eseosa thrives in the tech industry, currently holding the position of Product Manager at International Business Machines (IBM). He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. Eseosa has called Tucson home for the past two decades, embracing the role of a loving and devoted husband and father to two beautiful children. He finds joy in spending quality time with his family, engaging in sports, enjoying movies, and actively participating in community service.

Wendy Clark hails from Chicago, Illinois, and was raised in the small community of Fayette, AL. In her junior year in high school her family relocated to Birmingham, Alabama. Wendy attended the Historically Black College, Talladega College earning her Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Criminal Justice. At this historically Black college and university (HBCU), she met her soulmate, marrying Gregory Clark, Sr., her husband of 30 years, and together they raised a family of seven children. The family has proudly been Arizonians since 1994. Wendy has actively contributed to the community by serving on site council boards for the Vail school district and participating in the committee to build Mica Mountain High School. With two decades of experience as a REALTOR®, Wendy also dedicates her time to various philanthropic projects.

Mellernae Pennywell hails from Yoakum, Texas, but has called Tucson home since 1966. With a rich professional background spanning several decades, she brings a wealth of experience to her current role as a Mary Kay Consultant, a position she has held for 20 years. Prior to this, Mellernae enjoyed a successful career as a Cosmetologist for 10 years, and later served the Department of Corrections for two decades, overseeing both adults and juveniles. Educated at the University of Arizona and Pima Community College, Mellernae has dedicated over 30 years to serving her community. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and passion for bowling, she is deeply rooted in her faith and cherishes time spent with her family. Affectionately nicknamed the "Colonel," Mellernae embodies strong leadership qualities, effortlessly issuing directives and tackling challenges with unwavering determination and fervor.
